1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs all entry fee transactions made on our lottery platform. By purchasing a lottery entry, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to transparency and fairness in all financial matters.
2. Lottery Cancellation — Full Refund
In the event that a lottery draw is cancelled for any reason whatsoever — including but not limited to regulatory requirements, force majeure — all ticket purchase amounts paid by participants will be refunded in full.
- A full refund will be automatically initiated within 24 hours of the official cancellation announcement.
- No action is required from the user — refunds are processed automatically.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–7 business days after initiation).
- Users will receive an in-app and/or email notification confirming the refund.
3. Completed Lottery Draw — No Refund
Once a lottery draw has been successfully conducted and results have been declared, all ticket purchase amounts are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be initiated under any circumstances once the draw has taken place.
- Participation in a lottery constitutes acceptance that the ticket purchase amount is paid in exchange for the opportunity to participate — not a guarantee of winning.
- Losing a draw does not constitute grounds for a refund request.
- Dissatisfaction with the draw outcome does not qualify for a refund.
4. Discrepancies & Raising a Ticket
If you believe there has been an error relating to your entry, payment, draw result, or refund processing, you are encouraged to raise a formal support ticket through the Help & Support section in the app.
When raising a ticket, please include:
- Your registered email ID and username
- Transaction ID / Entry reference number
- Date of the relevant draw or transaction
- A clear description of the discrepancy along with any supporting screenshots
Tickets must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event (draw date or cancellation date). Tickets raised beyond this window may not be considered.
5. Case-by-Case Resolution
All tickets and dispute claims are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis by our dedicated support and compliance team. Each situation is evaluated individually on its own merits.
- Our team will acknowledge your ticket within 48 hours of submission.
- Resolution timelines vary based on complexity — standard cases are typically resolved within 5–10 business days.
- The platform reserves the right to request additional information or evidence before reaching a decision.
- All decisions communicated by the support team are final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
- Users will be notified of the outcome via registered email and in-app notification.
6. General Conditions
- Refunds can only be processed to the original payment instrument and cannot be redirected.
- The platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
- Fraudulent claims or misuse of the dispute system may result in account suspension or termination.
- This policy is subject to change at the platform's discretion. Updates will be communicated via the app and take effect from the date of publication.
